At Fundance.in, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product sold. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which customers can request a refund or replacement.


1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be applicable under the following conditions:

  • ✅ The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • ✅ The item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • ✅ The return request is approved by our support team after inspection.

  • ✅ The product is eligible under the Refundable Category (some items may be non-refundable).


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • ❌ Used or damaged items not caused by delivery

  • ❌ Digital goods or services (e.g., downloads, subscriptions)

  • ❌ Personal care items, undergarments, or perishable goods

  • ❌ Clearance or “final sale” items

  • ❌ Products non returned.


3. Return & Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.

  2. Select the item and click on “Request Refund”.

  3. Upload a photo/video (if damaged or wrong item).

  4. Our team will review the request within 48 hours.

  5. If approved:

    • You may be asked to return the product.

    • Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

5. Shipping Charges

  • 🟡 Refunds include shipping fees only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • 🔴 In case of return due to personal preference (not a defect), shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • 🔁 Exchange requests may have shipping fees depending on the situation.


6. Fraud Prevention

Refunds will be denied if:

  • The item has been tampered with.

  • The user has previously abused refund policies.

  • There is evidence of fraud or misuse of referral commissions.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Full refund will be issued.

  • After Shipment: Cancellation not allowed. You can proceed with a return request upon delivery.
